<p>An uplink activation and reactivation of Semi-persistent Scheduling (SPS) system and method are provided, the method includes: Logical Channel Group (LCG) for the implementation of the SPS service is configured by a base station for a user; when the user, on the LCG, sends SPS data to the base station, the base station activates or reactivates the SPS service. Through the technical solution, the conditions for deciding the uplink trigger activation and reactivation of the SPS service by the base station are simplified, the interference caused by other service data to the judgment of the base station is removed, the uplink activation can be judged more accurately, the cost can be saved, and the realization of the current protocol can not be affected.</p> |
