PURPOSE: A manual manhole frame lifting device is provided to be cost-efficiently manufactured and to prevent damage to a road surface or a pavement surface during a lifting work. CONSTITUTION: A manual manhole frame lifting device comprises a support structure, an actuating rod(300), a gripping unit, a power transmission unit, and an operation unit. The support structure is supported by road surfaces located around a manhole frame(800). The actuating rod is arranged at the center of the support structure and can be lifted. The gripping unit is installed in the bottom of the actuating rod to be lifted with the actuating rod. The power transmission unit is supported by the support structure in order to lift the actuating rod and is coupled to the top of the actuating rod. The operation unit is coupled to the power transmission unit and is driven by a man. |
