PURPOSE: A molding method using a protruded vent hole and a molding method of a steering wheel using the same are provided to improve the exterior image of a steering wheel, since the surface of a steering wheel is engraved. CONSTITUTION: A molding method using a protruded vent hole(120) comprises following steps. A core of the steering wheel is arranged in a cavity(110). Extrude material is put. A heating source is provided through a vent hole, or steam is discharged, thereby molding the peripheral part of the core. The peripheral part of the core is molded. The molded core is frozen.
