PURPOSE: A method for managing memorizing abilities of a person using a portable terminal device is provided to increase memorizing abilities of a user. CONSTITUTION: A learner downloads a memorization data set from an external device to a portable phone of the learners(S100). The learner selects a fixed amount of learning data that the learner can memorize during a fixed period(S200). The portable phone displays the selected learning data(S300). The learner inputs information about whether to memorize learning data to the portable terminal device(S400). The portable phone determines exposure time of the learning data according to whether the learner memorizes the learning data(S500).
