PURPOSE: A washing machine and an outer tub supporting structure of the same are provided to reduce the vibration of the outer tub by arranging the support structure of the outer tub in a damper member at an inclined angle in the washing machine. CONSTITUTION: An inner tub is installed at an outer tub(20) and allows the rotation thereof. A driving unit rotates the inner tub. In order to prevent the rotation of the outer tub in the rotation of a rotating shaft unit, a bearing encloses the rotating shat unit. A bearing housing is formed in the outer tub, and a first end portion of a damping unit(80) supports the bearing housing in order to reduce the vibration of the outer tub. A second end portion of the damping unit is fixed to the housing.
