<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device for actualizing light irradiation with uniform intensity distribution even when reducing the number of light sources. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device includes the plurality of light sources 1a each having a tube body 11a on which protruding portions 13a (131a, 132a) are formed protruding from an assumed straight line L<SB>a</SB>between both ends thereof in the horizontal direction. The plurality of light sources 1a are arranged adjacent to one another in such a manner that at least parts of the protruding portions 13a (131a, 131b) formed on the tube body 11a of one of the light sources 1a adjacent to each other enter between the protruding portions 13a (131a, 132a) formed on the other tube body 11a to make a distance between each of the front ends of the protruding portions 13a (131a, 132a) of the tube body 11a of one of the light sources 1a adjacent to each other and the assumed straight line L<SB>a</SB>between both ends of the other tube body 11a, shorter than a protrusion dimension from the assumed straight line L<SB>a</SB>between both ends of the protruding portions 13a (131a, 132a) formed on the tube body 11a of the light source 1a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
