<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and equipment for regenerating gasses, in each of which the energy to be used when desorbing steam is regenerated is saved. <P>SOLUTION: The method 10 for regenerating a desorbed gas includes a recovery step 11, a division step 12, a condensation step 13, a mixing step 14, a heating step 15 and a supply step 16. At a desorption step 18, superheated steam 22 is brought into contact with a treated adsorbent 21 so that the treated adsorbent 21 becomes a before-treating adsorbent 23 is used for adsorbing a solvent and the superheated steam 22 becomes solvent-containing steam 24. At the recovery step 11, the solvent-containing steam 24 is recovered. At the division step 12, the recovered solvent-containing steam 24 is divided into first steam 24a and second steam 24b. At the condensation step 13, the first steam 24a is cooled to the extent that the solvent 27 is condensed. At the mixing step 14, the first steam 24a is mixed with the second steam 24b to obtain a mixture 29. At the heating step 15, the mixture 29 is heated to obtain a superheated steam 22.
