PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire attaching/detaching device which can easily attach and detach a flat tire or a run flat tire. SOLUTION: A tool 32 constituted of a bead press roller 3 and a demount pawl 4 at a side of a tire pawl 1 is attached to an end of a shaft bound so as not to rotate. The shaft 22 is fitted to a bearing 28 and supported, and can slide in the axial direction. The tool 32 attached to the end of the shaft is attached so as to be reversed.
