PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electrolyte film from drying up in a fuel cell with a gas passage forming member made of a molded metal plate. SOLUTION: The fuel cell 10 has an MEGA25, a separator 40, and a gas passage 28 placed between the MEGA25 and the separator 40. The gas passage 28 is made of a gas passage forming member 30 in which a through-hole C is formed to pass oxidizer gas through expansion of a metal plate.
