PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a continuous sheet from being jammed when switching a core of a continuous sheet winding device. SOLUTION: This continuous sheet winding device includes a nip roller 12 for pressing the continuous sheet a traveling to a pre-winding core by passing through the vicinity of a post-winding core 4 to the post-winding core, a cutting blade 13 for cutting the continuous sheet passing through between the nip roller and the post-winding core, a brush 14 for pressing and sticking a tip part a1 of the continuous sheet cut by the cutting blade to a peripheral surface of the post-winding core, and a turning arm 15 holding the cutting blade and the brush. An air cylinder device 16 for quickly operating a place of reaching the rotary arm from a piston rod 16a, is arranged as a turning arm driving means. When switching the core, the continuous sheet can be cut by the cutting blade substantially simultaneously when pressing the continuous sheet to the core by the nip roller.
