PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-treating agent which comprises a highly polymerized silicone and a highly polymerized amino-modified silicone, maintains preferable effects, eliminates troubles specific to the case, and gives an excellent sense of use. SOLUTION: This hair-treating agent is characterized by comprising a component (A): one or more polymers selected from highly polymerized dimethylpolysiloxane and highly polymerized dimethiconol, and a component (B): one or more highly polymerized amino-modified silicones, each having an average polymerization degree in a specific range, and a component (C): one or more higher alcohols having 10 to 14 carbon atoms.
