The present invention relates to a display device having a dual display panel. The display device according to the present invention comprises: a 1st display panel for displaying first information; a 2nd display panel for displaying second information, the 2nd display panel adapted to reciprocate between an overlapping position with the 1st display panel and a release position where the overlapping with the 1st display channel is released; a 1st touch panel disposed on the 1st display panel; a 2nd touch panel disposed on the 2nd display panel or arranged in pairs on both surfaces of the 2nd display panel; and a controller for applying a drive voltage to at least one of the 1st and 2nd display panels based on a signal which is detected by one of the 1st and 2nd touch panels according to one of the overlapping and release positions between the 1st and 2nd display panels. Accordingly, at least one of the dual display panels is used as an OLED panel so that a slim and compact design can be realized. Moreover, the dual display panels can adopt touch panels respectively and be coupled in such a manner to move relative to each other so that each display panel can display different information and a product's usability may thus be increased. |
