The mat (1) has a carrying device i.e. carrying strap (3), provided with a lower opening (6) whose lower edge is designed as a narrow surface and inner diameter is large such that the mat is laid on the lower edge of the opening, so that the mat is folded into an envelope with two side pieces (8, 9) along the edge. The mat forms a fold (10), where the narrow surface lies in the fold. The side pieces are held in a parallel position relative to each other using a fastening unit i.e. bag (4). A carrying device part running between the side pieces is stamped and pressed by the side pieces.
