PURPOSE: A scrapping unit and an image forming device therewith are provided to prevent a wiper member from becoming re-contaminated by cleaning the wiper member using a clean endless belt. CONSTITUTION: A scrapping unit(100) comprises an endless belt and a belt support frame(520). The endless belt is circulated from an exposed position to a non-exposed position. The belt support frame comprises a belt support surface and a storage space. The belt support surface supports the endless belt so that the endless belt can be spread at the exposed position. The storage space stores the endless belt at the non-exposed position.
