<p>First and second three-phase inverters (52',53') having self-diagnosing circuits (52-1,53-1) are connected to three-phase windings of a three-phase double-winding type motor (51), respectively, and first and second servo controllers (54',55') having self-diagnosing circuits (54-1,55-1) are connected to the three-phase inverters, respectively. When abnormality occurs in the three-phase inverter or the servo controller, the occurrence of the abnormality is signaled to the servo controller, thereby stopping rotation of the motor.</p> |
