PURPOSE: A method for constructing the cross section of a monorail-type crane girder is provided to eliminate an unnecessary space and to improve safety and work efficiency because a fastening work is not required. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing the cross section of a monorail-type crane girder is as follows. A top plate(1) is vertically welded in a pair of side plates(2A,2B). The vertical side plates are inclinedly welded in a pair of bottom plates(3A,3B) in order to form a pentagonal hollow box shape. An I-beam girder(4) is inserted between the inclined bottom plates in order to complete the cross section of a crane girder. |
