PURPOSE: A device and a method for checking alignment between a roll, and a printing object and a roll printing device for forming patterns therewith are provided to remarkably reduce pattern printing time because an additional align checking process is not required. CONSTITUTION: A device for checking alignment between a roll comprises mirrors, an image acquisition unit(250), an image processing unit(260), and a display unit(262). The mirrors are formed in vertical and horizontal holes formed on a roll. The image acquisition unit is detachably fixed to the roll and acquires the images of multiple align marks formed on a printing object. The image processing unit is connected to the image acquisition unit and receives the images of the align marks. The display unit is connected to the image processing unit.
