PURPOSE: A method for analyzing a material using difference of binding affinity is provided to determine presence of a specific protein and minute changer of the specific protein. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing a specific protein comprises: a step of patterning a binding affinity of the specific viral protein of a substrate and plural probes containing an amino acid dimer or derivatives thereof and making database; a step of measuring binding affinity by contacting the plural probes with a sample; a step of comparing the measured binding affinity with the database; and a step of confirming the specific protein. The amino acid dimer or derivative thereof is a compound of chemical formula 1.
