Device for crushing glass containers

The device has a transport unit (1) for transporting glass containers (4). Wings (9) are arranged at a shaft (5), where the shaft and the wings are formed on a side of the transport unit. The side of the transport unit receives the glass containers. The shaft is arranged at the transport unit for rotation of the wings. Tapered sections (10) are provided at a side of the wings, where the side of the wings is turned away from the shaft. A hollow elongated body (7) is securely arranged on the shaft. The wings are attached to the elongated body.
