The measurement arrangement (10) has a sensor (22) for measuring a radiation (26), and has a direct or indirect emission source (20) for the disposal of a defined radiation. An analyzing device (28) is provided for detecting the condition of the transformer oil depending on a value difference of the radiation for emitted radiation. The radiation device emission source is directed in the inner chamber of an oil filled transformer tank (16). An independent claim is also included for a transformer with components.
