PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing a door trim for a vehicle are provided to minimize assembly tolerance and improve the quality of products. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a door trim comprises first and second cavities(20,30), first and second valve gates(10,11), a separation core(200), first and two cylinders(100,110), and a cylinder clamp(120). One ends of the first and second cavities are adjacent to each other. The first and second valve gates inject resin into the first and second cavities, respectively. The separation core is formed at the bottom of the adjacent surfaces of the first and second cavities. The first cylinder transfers the separation core vertically. The second cylinder prevents backward movement of the separation core. The second cylinder is formed on one side of a manufacturing device to prevent the backward movement of the separation core. The cylinder clamp is moved leftward and rightward by the second cylinder.
