PURPOSE: A fin stabilizer of a ship with a thruster is provided to generate thrust when a ship is stopped or operated with low-speed. CONSTITUTION: A fin stabilizer of a ship with a thruster comprises an airfoil fin(10), a thruster(20), a drive unit, and a controller. A through hole is formed on the surface of the airfoil fin. The thruster is installed inside the through hole and vertically generates thrust. The drive unit rotates the airfoil fin. The controller controls the operation of the thruster or the drive unit by sensing the rolling of a ship. The rolling of the ship is reduced by the rotation of the airfoil fin.
