<p>The food processor (10) has a drive unit (12) comprising a cutting and mixing unit and pivotably supported in a holding unit (14). The drive unit is pivotable together with the cutting and mixing unit from a rest position to an operating position and vice versa. A connecting section (18) and a mixing container define a hermetically sealed mixing chamber. The cutting and mixing unit is arranged in a lower section of the mixing chamber such that food present in the mixing container is supplied to the cutting and mixing unit by force of gravity in the operating position of the drive unit.</p> |
