PURPOSE: A greeting providing method and a communication system are provided to receive a content from social media network and to post a greeting on a social media network through a social media gateway. CONSTITUTION: A messaging system processes and receives a message. A social media gateway(150) receives and converts a message, which is received from social media network. A corporate network(100) communicates with one or more communications devices(110). The corporate network directly transmits a response message to the communications device. The corporate network modifies indirect contact to direct contact of the social media network.
