PURPOSE: A producing method of wrapping radish using purple radish is provided to improve the texture of the wrapping radish by pickling the purple radish with natural substances with red color. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of wrapping radish using purple radish comprises the following steps: firstly pickling purple radish inside a storage tank; secondly pickling the purple radish with a hot water extract of a material selected from the group consisting of pleuropterus multiflorus, grape skins, caesalpinia sappan, areca catechu, and rubus coreanus; slicing the pickled purple radish, and sterilizing with ultraviolet rays; and packing the sliced purple radish.
