The method for floatably holding a tissue part in a bioreactor, comprises subjecting the tissue part with a fluid, where the flow of the fluid reversibly interacts the gravity or the occurrence in such a way that the tissue part is held in the floating. The fluid has an increasingly slighter flow speed in a direction opposite to the gravity or lifting force. The position of the tissue part in the biosensor is measured by a sensor and the speed of the fluid in the bioreactor is regulated in dependent upon the position of the tissue part. The position of the tissue part in the biosensor is measured by a sensor and the speed of the fluid in the bioreactor is regulated in dependent upon the position of the tissue part in such a way that the tissue part is held in a predetermined position in the floating. The downward flow of the fluid is produced in the bioreactor in the direction of the gravity and the fluid is air or oxygen. The flow speed of the downward flowing fluid is selected in such a way that the initiated, gaseous fluid slows down. An independent claim is included for a bioreactor.
|
