PURPOSE: An electric heater using high frequency induction heating is provided to increase thermal efficiency and reduce heat loss since a steel plate or a silicon plate are mounted in a vacuum glass tube. CONSTITUTION: An electric heater using high frequency induction heating comprises a heating element. The heating element is heated by alternating current magnetic flux. The heating element is made of a steel plate or a silicon plate(30), having high heat efficiency, inside a barrel made of a round bar-shaped quartz glass. |
