PURPOSE: A foldable cable coaming device is provided to improve work efficiency and minimize an accident by foldably installing each component partitioned on a development sheet of a single body. CONSTITUTION: A foldable cable coaming device includes a support panel(20), a contact panel(40), and a fixing panel(60). The support panel supports a rock wool for filling a penetration hole. The contact panel and the fixing panel are adhered with an aluminum adhesive tape. A cable passes through a penetration hole of a partition. The penetration hole is filled with the rock wool. The fixing panel fixes the support panel and the contact panel. The penetration hole filled with the rock wool except for the part through which the cable passes is finished with an aluminum adhesive tape.
