ACTIVITY : Anticoagulant; Thrombolytic; Antianginal; Cardiant; Vasotropic; Antiarteriosclerotic; Cytostatic; Antidiabetic; Ophthalomological; Nephrotropic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Inhibition of activated factor X. The hexasaccharide (X) has strong affinity for antithrombin III and anti-Xa activity over 740 IU/mg.
