<p>The invention relates to a medicament for the treatment of gastric ulcer, chronic gastritis and duodenal ulcer and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the medicament comprises 1-oleyl-[10-(1-chloro-2-hydroxy-4-sulphatepropane)]-2-palmityl-3-stearylglycerol as an active ingredient, in association with n-propyl p-hydroxybenzoate (nipasol) and methyl p-hydroxybenzoate (nipagin) and is presented as gelatin capsules.</p> |
