PURPOSE: A data transmission device for sharing a frequency band in a multiple antenna system for increasing the efficiency of the frequency is provided to maximize the data transmission efficiency of a communication system sharing frequency band without interference for the existing communication system. CONSTITUTION: A transceiver(630) transmits and receives a radio signal. A processor(610) is connected to the transceiver. The processor obtains a precoding matrix satisfying power conditions. The processor performs the transmission of data through the precoding matrix. A module is stored in a memory(620). The module is processed by the processor. The memory is connected to the processor.
