PURPOSE: A method for repairing electrode of a flat panel display and an apparatus thereof are provided to restore damaged electrode by using an inkjet printing. CONSTITUTION: The short circuit of the electrodes in a flat display panel is confirmed(S100). The substrate surface around the short circuit of the electrode is hydrophobic-processed(S200). A micro protrusion is formed on the substrate surface. A conductive ink is discharged in the short circuit of the electrode(S300). The conductive ink is dried(S400).
