PURPOSE: A membrane filter apparatus including a teflon membrane filter instead of a thick micro-filter is provided to prevent the blocking phenomenon by micro floating matters. CONSTITUTION: A membrane filter apparatus including a teflon membrane filter comprises the following: filter housings(140) for installing the teflon membrane filter in the inside; a filter housing protecting pipe(130) for installing the filter housing; an upper pitch board forming insertion holes on the upper side of the filter housing protection pipe; a lower pitch board forming insertion holes on the lower side of the filter housing protection pipe; upper and lower rubber packings; and upper and lower cover units.
