PURPOSE: A filtration method of cutting liquid for a solar battery thin plate is provided to collect clear and transparent recyclable oil from the cutting liquid. CONSTITUTION: A filtration method of cutting liquid for a solar battery thin plate comprises the following steps: supplying waste slurry to a first storage tank using a vibration screw pump(S100); firstly centrifuge separating the slurry into the cutting liquid and oil(S200); diluting washing water and transferring to a second transfer pump, for washing the cutting liquid(S300); secondly centrifuge separating the cutting liquid and the oil(S400); thirdly three-phase separating the cutting liquid and the oil(S500); filtering the cutting liquid and the oil(S600); and storing the filtered oil(S700).
