ALIGNMENT STAGE FOR LCD TESTER

PURPOSE: An alignment plate for an LCD tester is provided to install a moving plate on a rear surface of XY&thgr; plate to move a XY&thgr; plate to a Z direction. CONSTITUTION: A work plate(200) has a polarization plate and a backlight on front surface of a turn plate of a rectangular shape and has a suction duct in a side surface the turn plate(210). A XY&thgr; state(300) has a plurality of XY&thgr; module in front surface of a bracket(310) and has a suction main box which is connected with a suction duct(220) of the work state in a rear surface of the bracket. A moving plate(400) moves the XY&thgr; plate to a Z axis by being connected to the rear surface of the bracket of the XY&thgr; plate.
