Invention herewith described belongs to the field of innovative biotechnology and refers to the immunomodulator containing a biologically active compound of chlorinated series with addition of dimethyl sulphide, and, in some cases, hyaluronic acid that improves the efficiency of immunomodulators is added too. The cocoa bean butter is used as a binder when a stable formulation in the form of suppositories is achieved, which has a higher use value and is easy to use. It is applied rectally as a dietary supplement to strengthen the body, in the recovery process by stimulating the body's immune system whose activity is reduced due to the different types of diseases such as cancer, hepatitis C and AIDS virus and for photodynamic therapy, where the activator is the natural ultraviolet radiation (sun).
