PURPOSE: Alternating current(AC)-plasma display devices are provided to improve brightness by including unarranged metallic nano-particles or arranged metallic nano-structures to improve the light emitting property of a phosphor. CONSTITUTION: A front panel(51) is arranged in parallel with a rear plate(57). An electrode for discharge a gas is formed on either of the front panel or the rear panel. A phosphor layer(61) is formed on the rear panel and emits light by being excited due to the discharged gas. Nano-structures(62) are arranged on the phosphor layer in order to improve the light emitting property of the phosphor layer. |
