PURPOSE: A discharging apparatus for settling sludge is provided to improve the structure of a sludge discharging unit for smoothly discharge the sludge collected by a sludge hopper. CONSTITUTION: A discharging apparatus for settling sludge comprises the following: a hopper(31) for collecting the sludge, by being installed on one bottom side of a settling tank; a sludge collector for collecting the sludge inside the hopper; a vibration plate(60) installed in the inside of the hopper; and a vibrator(70) for transferring the vibration to the vibration plate.
