The invention is aimed at intensification of heat-exchange convective component resulting in increasing power efficiency of heat-exchange device, reducing weight thereof and cost production. The cooling device comprises a fan with air outlet directed from the body, a vortex chamber (1) with an inlet (2, 3) providing air eddying in the chamber (1) connected to the air outlet from the fan's body and to an orifice (10, 11) at the end surface, a heat-conducting element (12) arranged in the inner cavity of the vortex chamber (1) and adapted for interconnection for cooling with electrical instrument's element disposed outside the vortex chamber (1). |
