A raking out device comprises a working cutting chain, an undertrack beam, working and idle guide chutes with grooves and boxes, bends and plows. Chain links are assembled by welding from pressed (14, 19) and rolled (15, 16, 17, 21) elements. Strengthened combs (28) serve as rippers (cutters). A support (21) is taken out. A locking split of a connecting link serves as a protection against abrasive. Ends of lead-in panels of all chain elements are strengthened by hard-alloy &Ggr;-shaped plates. Protective hard-alloy plates are also arranged along the contour of the undertrack beam, the working chute box and plows. The inventive result is achieved by reducing friction surface areas by 15-20%. |
