BATTERY PACK HAVING NOVEL COOLING STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to uniformly distribute coolant flow which flows through battery cells and to effectively remove accumulated heat. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack(100) contains a plurality of chargeable/rechargeable unit cells mounted inside a pack case(70). The unit cells contain one battery module. Two or more battery modules form battery module groups(30,40). The pack case comprises a coolant inflow part(50) from the coolant inlet(20) to battery module groups and a coolant outflow part(60) from battery module groups to coolant outlet(22).
