摘要 <p>The invention relates to a GPS-based system and an electronic compass, as well as to a navigation method for a bait rigging and planting small boat for fishing. According to the invention, the navigation system consists of a control module (1) comprising a micro controller (2) receiving data from a GPS signal receiver (3), from a radio module (4) in connection with a remote control device (5), from an electronic compass (6), and which transmits commands to a power module (7) acting upon some propulsion engines and the steering control of a small boat, to travel to a preset location. The navigation method consists in storing the coordinates of a boat departure location, both in the remote control device (5) and in the micro controller (2) of the control module (1) of the small boat, selecting a place and a boat travel path, actuating a start control, by means of the remote control device, and sailing to the destination location, using the GPS system or remote control commands, stopping the boat upon reaching the destination point and return to the memory-stored departure location, on a stored path, using the GPS or the remote control, with the possibility of using the electronic compass (6) in case of failure of the GPS signal receiver (3) or of the remote control (5).</p>
