PURPOSE: An exercise prescription method and an exercise prescription system using a network are provided to check health suitably for a weak person to be checked, thereby providing exercise based on a health condition of a person to be checked. CONSTITUTION: A partial action of a person to be checked is medically checked. The result is inputted to a user terminal(S101,S102). A server connected to the user terminal by a network selects a muscle group related to unnecessary partial actions or uncomfortable actions of the person to be checked(S103). The server selects an exercise item that the person should do(S104). The server prescribes an exercise item and the exercise strength for the exercise item for the person to be checked(S107).
