Invention herewith described refers to the device for the preparation of sausages, meat and milk by running electric current through them based on the running electric current through sausages, meat and milk. The autotransformer (15) with a range from 0÷500 (V) is protected by a fuse (14). The autotransformer secondary electric current intensity is measured with the ammeter (14) for the maximum electric current of 16 (A). The running of the electric current through a sausage can be performed transversally from a half-cylinder with the needle shaped electrodes. The electric current can be run through milk in a container (40 and 41) made of insulating material. The electrodes (57 and 68) come into contact with electrical voltage through the leads (69, 70).
