METHOD OF PRODUCING LARGE AREA GAS SEPARATION MEMBRANE FOR HIGH TEMPERATURE

PURPOSE: A producing method of a large area high temperature gas separation membrane is provided to stably separate large amount of gas by uniformly forming pores on the separation membrane. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a large area high temperature gas separation membrane comprises the following steps: preparing a supporter by separating plural channels with a partition wall(S110); coating a silicon carbide precursor to the supporter, and curing(S130,S140); and heat-processing the coated supporter at 800~1,300deg C(S150).
