PURPOSE: A water purifier using the cyclic air water generation is provided to enable the easy flow direction and the contra flow direction of a coolant from a phase changing valve to a dew condensation unit. CONSTITUTION: A water purifier using the cyclic air water generation comprises the following: a hot water tank(11) and a cold water tank(12) filled with water supplied from a water supply pipe and purified with a filter; an ultraviolet lamp and an LED sterilizes collected dew falling down from an induction furnace(22); and a heat pipe module(60) including a main heat pipe diffusing cold water supplied from a first peltier device, a sub-heat pipe, and a micro phase change material storing the cold water.
