<p>The invention refers to a procedure and device for volumetric-gravimetric dosage, filling and manufacturing of filled wire with multi-component fillers which are used in metallurgy as filled (core) wire in the process of processing various melts - liquid metals with the purpose of alloying, inoculation or refining. The procedure and device for volumetric-gravimetric dosage, filling and manufacturing of filled wire with multi-component fillers is designed in such a way that within the production line of the filled wire, first the metal band is unwound, welded and rewound to result in an endless band which is in the course of passing through the production line transformed, filled, closed and calibrated so that the filled (core) wire at the end is wound into rings which is followed by adequate packing.</p> |
