The mixture is designed for making industrial explosive works in outdoor and underground projects in civil engineering, mining and in other sectors. It comprises, in wt.%: water resisting crystallineammonium nitrate and/or powder or granulated ammonium nitrate from 5 to 80, flaky, granulated or secondary crushed trinitrotoluene from 0 to 30, secondary and/or fresh smokeless gunpowder from 0 to 90, oil and/or diesel fuel from 0 to 5, aluminium powder from 0 to 30, aerators and/or microspheres from 0 to 3, gelatinizing agent of guargam and/or carboxymethylcellulose, and/or polyacrylamide from 0.2 5o 3 and water from 5 to 18.
