PURPOSE: An ultrasound system and a method for providing elastic change information are provided to obtain the change of elastic information by setting an interest area in an ultrasound image and forming the elastic information in the interest area. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasound system(100) includes an ultrasound data obtaining part(110), an image forming part(120), a user inputting part(130), an elastic change information forming part(140), a controlling part(150), and a displaying part(160). The ultrasound system includes an electrocardiogram signal forming part(170). The ultrasound data obtaining part obtains data by receiving an ultrasound signal reflected from an object. The elastic change information forming part forms elastic change information using an ultrasound image according to input information. The input information is obtained from a user input part.
