PURPOSE: A pressure vessel for a propellant, an explosion preventing method thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to discharge combustion gas and flames in the pressure vessel. CONSTITUTION: A pressure vessel for a propellant comprises a main body, an insulation layer, and an injection nozzle. The main body has a cylindrical part and an inner space. The cylindrical part is arranged between front and rear domes. The inner space has a propellant(18). The main body comprises a first hybrid fiber layer(11) and second hybrid fiber layers(12,13). The insulation layer is arranged inside the main body and insulates the main body. The injection nozzle is installed in the rear dome and injects combustion materials of the propellant.
